1. Scope
This policy applies to purchases from memomarked, operated by Modern Blue Ocean L.L.C., Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, and forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
2. Change of Mind
We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges for correctly supplied products, including personalised, engraved, made-to-order and standard items. Customer-approved spelling, artwork or specification errors reproduced correctly are not manufacturing defects; requested remakes are chargeable. Disclosed natural variations and manufacturing characteristics are not defects where consistent with the agreed description, quality and intended use.
3. Defective or Incorrect Goods
You may request a replacement or return and refund within 15 days of receipt if the goods are defective, incorrect or do not conform to the agreed specifications or purpose. Proof of purchase is required, and the issue must not result from misuse. These conditions also apply to custom and personalized products.
Damage caused by misuse, unsuitable storage or unauthorized alterations is excluded to the extent attributable to those causes.
4. Requests and Assessment
Email support@memomarked.com with your order number or other proof of purchase, a description of the issue and relevant photographs where available. Report visible transit damage promptly and retain packaging where practicable.
Keep affected goods available for reasonable inspection and contact us for return instructions before arranging shipment. Package returns securely using suitable protective materials. We may request further information or inspect the goods to establish the cause and appropriate remedy. For bulk orders, identify the affected quantities and items.
5. Return Costs and Remedies
For a confirmed statutory defect or non-conformity claim, the applicable remedy will be provided without additional cost, including necessary return and replacement delivery costs. Contact us to coordinate shipping arrangements. Repair, replacement or refund will follow applicable law and any choice it gives you. Any voluntarily accepted change-of-mind return is subject to the conditions and return costs agreed in writing, without limiting statutory rights.
6. Changes and Cancellation
Send requests promptly before dispatch or service delivery. Changes may require agreed additional charges and revised timelines. Once custom work begins, discretionary cancellation requires our written agreement. Any cancellation deduction must be documented, legally recoverable and within applicable limits, including any limit for withdrawal from services. Mandatory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected. Payments for orders we decline before acceptance will be refunded.
7. Refund Processing
Refunds legally due will be initiated without undue delay following the assessment reasonably necessary to establish entitlement, and within any applicable legal deadline. Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method; if unavailable, a lawful alternative will be agreed with the payer. Bank or payment-provider posting times may vary.
